Last weekend we tried out the awesomely delicious Feinkoch – Fennel risotto with goat cheese & pomegranate. I love risotto, but with the intense goat cheese and the great pomegranate which is pretty sweet the taste is really incredibly great. The combination of the sour and the sweet taste makes it one of my favourite Risotto dishes. With a good glass of white wine it can also be a pretty “elegant” candle light dinner.
Ingredients:
- Bio risotto
- fennel
- onion
- garlic
- pomegranate
- Brown Sugar
- goat Cheese
- butter
- Parmesan
In addition, you will need:
- white wine
- olive oil
- Sea salt (tip: Maldon Sea Salt Flakes) & freshly ground pepper
